3. Miles will be credited into your Fortune Wings Club account approximately 6-8 weeks after transaction is completed. Please login to check your Fortune Wings Club statements online.
4. All requests for missing mileage credit need to be made within 60 days of the transaction date at SaSa.com. Normally, it will take 6 - 8 weeks for the system to double check your record and approve. Please complete the Mileage Claim Request Form (with the relevant documents) and send e-mail to fortunewingsclub@hkairlines.com.
