Terms and Conditions 

1. Customers must provide Fortune Wings Club card number during the booking process in order to earn miles.
2. This Offer is valid until July 31, 2012.
3. Rentalcars.com’s Damage Excess Waiver product or any additional extra equipments, local fees are not eligible for points claim.
3. Miles will be credited into your Fortune Wings Club account approximately 6-8 weeks after transaction is completed. Please login to check your Fortune Wings Club statements online.
4. All requests for missing mileage credit need to be made within 60 days of the transaction date at Rentalcars.com. Normally, it will take 6 - 8 weeks for the system to double check your record and approve. Please complete the Mileage Claim Request Form (with the relevant documents) and send e-mail to fortunewingsclub@hkairlines.com.
5. In case of any dispute, Rentalcars.com reserves the right of final decision.
