Fortune Wings Miles members can redeem for flights at 20% discount miles
From April 25 to July 15 2012, Fortune Wings Miles members can redeem for flights at 20% discount miles. 
 

How to redeem:

2. Visit our Reservation /and Ticketing Office in Wanchai, Hong Kong , and present your HKID card / /travel document and Fortune Wings Miles membership card.

Terms and Conditions
1.Tickets are non-reroutable, non-transferable and amend itinerary.
2. Offer is applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) and Hong Kong Express Airways (UO) in Economy class only and excludes special flights, international chartered flights or other code-sharing airlines.
3. Children and infants need to pay the same as the redemption amount required of adults.
4. With the applications of reward tickets redemption submitted by members, mileages will be deducted when reward tickets were reserved, and then which ticketing will be operated in specified way.
5. It is suggested that you should be flexible in your travel plans in the event that seats might not be available on a certain day due to a limited number of seats for award tickets allocated for each flight.
6. To enjoy the Offer, members are required to make the reservations at least 3 days before departure
7. The redeemed award ticket will be valid within the promotion period, and will be invalid if overdue. Reservation refund could be processed before the flight taking off, free re-booking could be processed according to the seats provided within the validity of the ticket; the ticket will be invalid after the flight took off.
8. Name and flight segment of the redeemed award ticket cannot be changed, and the redeemed award ticket cannot be endorsed to other airlines; the deducted mileages of voluntary ticket refund will not be returned, taxes and surcharges and making-up of the ticket money could be applied for returning within the period of validity of the ticket, and other transportation conditions are the same with ordinary tickets.
9. The paper award ticket cannot be reissued if it is lost.
10.In the event that an involuntary change results from factors on the part of the carrier, you may contact the Fortune Wings Club or the original ticketing office within one month to make changes to the ticket or have the redeemed mileage returned. Mileage will be voided if it is not returned within validity period.
11. Award tickets are not available to special passengers, including unaccompanied children, sick and injured passengers, blind, deaf-mutes, pregnant women (more than 8 months), disabled, prisoners, stretchers and other passengers restricted by the rules of carrying and transporting.
12. In the event that there is more than one preferential offer (including promotions offers) available when you request ticket redemption, only the highest offer applies, and the offers cannot be enjoyed more than once or combined with other offers.
13. The issuance of tickets for Airline Award Travel is subject to the passenger being responsible for applicable departure taxes, airport or government handling fees, fuel surcharges, security and insurance charges and any other fees charged by any authorized entity. The passenger shall also be responsible for all other expenses and any other charges, claims or liabilities arising in relation to the use of tickets for Airline Award Travel.
14. Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions or terminate the Offers at any time without prior notice. In case of any dispute, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
