Terms and Conditions

1.  Guest is eligible to earn airline mileage by paying qualifying room rate.
2.  This Offer is valid until May 31, 2014.
3.  Qualifying rate includes all bookings book direct with Regal Hotels including negotiated corporate rate, Regal Hotel's reservations systems, Global Distribution System,third party website and brand website of Regal Hotels www.regalhotel.com .
4.  Miles will be credited into your Fortune Wings Club account approximately 6-8 weeks after transaction is completed. Please login to check your Fortune Wings Club statements online.
5.  All requests for missing mileage credit need to be made within 60 days of the transaction date at SaSa.com. Normally, it will take 6 - 8 weeks for the system to double check your record and approve. Please complete the Mileage Claim Request Form(with the relevant documents) and send e-mail to fortunewingsclub@hkairlines.com .
6.  While qualifying rate excludes employee rates, group rates, tour operator rates, package rates, travel industries rates and government rates.
7.  To earn airline mileage, guest must have a valid Frequent Flyer membership account, must present the valid Frequent Flyer membership card upon check-in and must be a registered guest of the hotel at the time the charges are incurred. The bill must be in his/her name.
8.  In case of any dispute, Regal Hotels International and Hong Kong Airlines Ltd. reserve the final decision.
