Check-in counters are open 2 hours and 30 minutes prior to flight departure and closed 40 minutes before departure. Boarding gates are closed 20 minutes before departure. Passengers are reminded to reserve sufficient time to complete the check-in procedures.


(2) In-Town Check-In Stations# 
Location: Hong Kong and Kowloon Station, Airport Express Line, MTR

Opening Hours: Daily, 05:30-19:30 (In-Town Check-In Counters closes service 90 minutes prior to flight departure)
'One-day Prior to Departure' Check-In Service: Passengers can complete the check-in and baggage check-in at either Hong Kong or Kowloon MTR Station one day before flight departure.
