Q: What is the miles validity period?
A: If no mileage is redeemed or deposited in your account for 24 consecutive months, all your miles will be forfeited but your membership account is still valid.

Q: How to check the miles accumulation?

Q: How can I get the membership card after application?
A: We will send a permanent membership card and membership guide to you after you have accrued 3,000 miles or flown 2 eligible sectors.

Q: After fulfilling the above requirements, when will the card be delivered to me?
A: Within 4-6 weeks.

Q: How long will it take for the miles to credit to my account?
A: Within 4-6 weeks.

Q: What can I do if my name is changed?
A: Please complete the Change Name Request Form and post the forms (with the relevant documents) to us.
