Job Duties
- Scanning all Aircraft Technical Log, cabin maintenance log and work packages including routine and non-routine work cards, phase check packages
- Filing the hard copies of the above technical documents, plus daily and weekly check sheets
- Maintain the electronic record of these documents, as well as the SSFDR, CVR and Slide Deployment videos, etc
- Check with Planning’s maintenance schedules to ensure all completed technical records are received
- Report to QA if any discrepancies or mistakes were made on technical records
- Shipping the old documents to GCAT HAK for permanent storage
- Maintain the stock level of technical documents for all aircraft, including stock take of different material at different location purchase and order the log books
- Modify the layout of the technical and cabin maintenance log upon request from QA
- Keep track with the status of aircraft certificates including C of A and radio station licenses. Make sure the aircraft has the appropriate and updated certificates
- Aircraft lease return project
Requirement:
- 2 years aircraft engineering experience
- Knowledge of the Civil Aviation Department (CAD) requirements and procedures (preferred but not required)
- Strong sense of responsibility and good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work independently and under pressure to meet tight schedule deadline
- Excellent organizational skills, high accuracy and attention to details
- Proficiency in PC knowledge, MS Office applications particularly with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Valid Driving License
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Mandarin is a must
