Assist Training Manager - Engineering in forecasting and budgeting functions

Carry out other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
Tertiary educated, a qualification in the field of training will be an advantage
2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop their team
Good organizational and project management skills
Ability to work in a multi-national team and adapt to different cultures
Polished interpersonal and communication skills
Good computer skills in MS applications particularly with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentation and Chinese Word Processing
Fluent in speaking and writing English / Cantonese / Mandarin
