Cargo Services Officer

(HKA/COM/1216_CSO) Department: Cargo Time: 2013-04-02

Job Duties:

· Administration and control of the cargo system to ensure system can help to upgrade our company’s cargo services quality and meet customer satisfaction in terms of cargo reservation, track & tracing, manifesting, statistics and Customs clearance functions

· Assist Assistance manager, cargo System to conduct Cargo System training to all station including staffs/GHA/Cargo Agents

· Assist Assistance Manager, Cargo system to compile Cargo System manual for different types of users

· Generate different type of sales analysis report for Management and other related departments for reviewing and studying

· Update flight schedules for cargo system (seasonal as well as ad-hoc amendments)

· Monitor the cargo message interchange according to the IATA Cargo IMP

· Coordinating and liaising with the Cargo System services provider when the system functions are to be enhanced or amended

· Taking care any additional assignment for company cargo business assigned by Manager, Cargo ServicesAssist to supervisor to generate daily flight departure report, Load Factor and Revenue

Requirements:

· University graduate

· Minimum 3 years cargo services experience in airline industry

· Experience in IT industry, especially the programming section is an advantage

· Strong communication and interpersonal skill

· Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

· Good in computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese Word Processing
