Technical Support Engineer

(HKA/COM /ENG-LM/1216_7) Department: Engineering Time: 2013-04-22

Key Responsibilities:

· Reporting to Maintenance Control Manager, control recurring defect (e.g. defect review; troubleshooting arrangement, etc.)

· Carry out the ADD technical review for validity (e.g. ADD category; part number; quantity, etc.)

· Responsible for AOG technical support

· Raise delay reports

· Carry out NFF component confirmation

· Carry out observation defect judgment

· Coordination on fleet reliability coordination

· Responsible for technical support for daily maintenance operation

· Attend weekly technical meetings

Requirements:

· Over 5 years’ Line Maintenance experience for CRS (Airbus or Boeing aircraft)

· Good physical condition which is suitable to work shifts

· Fluent spoken and written English
