  Please check that the following criteria were fulfilled before making your missing mileage request
  Airline partners:
    •     You have quoted your membership number upon making a reservation at our Airline partners and presented
     your membership card at check-in.
    •     You have allowed 8 weeks from the transaction date of the request for mileage to appear in your account.
    •     Less than 6 months have lapsed between the date of transaction and the claim for missing mileage.

How to claim your mileage
  1.  Please allow 4-6 weeks (airline partners) and 6-8 weeks (non-airline partners) processing time after submission
      of this form for mileage to be credited to your account.
   2.  For more information on claiming missing mileage, please call Fortune Wings Miles Service Hotline +852 3151 1888。

Lucky Air(8L), Tianjin Airlines(GS), West Air(PN) and Capital Airlines(JD).
2. Please note that only certain airlines fare classes are eligible for earning Fortune Wings Miles mileages.
