The first award of Miss Hong Kong Pageant 2012, “Aviation Ambassador” was presented to Miss Carat Cheung, who is going to enjoy one-year unlimited Hong Kong Airlines business class air-tickets as prizes. As the “Aviation Ambassador” , Ms Cheung will take up the duty to promote Hong Kong Airlines and the local aviation industry.

And official press conference was held today to announce the award winner. The officiating guests include the award presenter, Mr. Yang Jian Hong, Hong Kong Airlines President, and Mr. Eric Tsang, Mr. Natalis Chan. The Aviation Ambassador was selected during their London shooting trip in mid-June, based on criteria such as good communications skills, adequate knowledge in aviation industry, kindness and politeness.

Hong Kong Airlines all Club Class service flies daily non-stop between Hong Kong and Gatwick, London. The new service operates with a dedicated fleet of brand new Airbus A330-200s featuring a unique all Club Class seating configuration. Each of these ultra-modern aircraft will showcase two premium cabins: ‘Club Premier’ and ‘Club Classic’. Both Clubs have been created to deliver the airline’s exceptional signature service.

16 Miss Hong Kong contestants flew to London for outdoor shooting on the Airlines’ A330-200 all business flight. Sponsored by Hong Kong Airlines, a special TV program featuring the London trip will broadcasted at TVB Jade and Pearl channel at 8:30pm  14 and 21 July.
