We are dedicated to providing you with quality meal service*. Equipped with a galley on every aircraft, meal preparation onboard has never been easier. Our flight attendants are always ready to serve you with hot breakfast, lunch or dinner. You may like to choose among cooked rice, Chinese noodles, sandwiches or cakes for different meals. With the carefully-selected menus for all passengers, our Business Class passengers can also choose to have their meals anytime they wish. Snack items may vary according to different seasons, routes and flight classes.
*For flights between Hong Kong and Changsha, Guilin, Haikou, Sanya, Nanning, Taichung, Taipei, Bangkok and Phuket, beverages and hot buns are served instead owing to the short flight journeys.
Red or White?
Savour your meals with our fine wines on board — red and white wines which are hand-picked and produced in France. Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz 2007 Jip Jip Rocks Shiraz 2007 has achieved awards including Winestate Best of 2008 and Silver Medal in International Wine and Spirit Competition 2008. It has spice and ripe mulberry/blackberry aromas complimented with chocolate, cedar and cinnamon on the nose. Well integrated oak tannin provides flavours of clove and supple texture which supports the rich plum, blackberry and mocha. The overall structure is supple and generous with fine grained tannin on the finish enveloped with ripe fruit overtones. Jip Jip Rocks Chardonnay 2008 Jip Jip Rocks Chardonnay 2008 has been awarded Silver Medal by the Beverage Testing Institute 2009 World Wine Championships. It has light yellow with a pale straw hue. A lifted nose of citrus, fresh stone fruit characters and melon. The palate is clean and fresh, subtle lees characters, is quite fruit derived and has great poise.
Coffee or Tea?
If you prefer non-alcoholic drinks, we offer fresh coffee and tea on all of our flights. We also provide Chinese tea in all travel classes. All these beverages can help strike a perfect finale to your meals!
