We are pleased to inform you that products returned within thirty(30) calendar days of your purchase date are eligible for refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
• All goods returned to our offices must be pre-approved by a customer service representative (CSR), and the case number provided by the CSR must be written on the outside of the exterior shipping carton.
• Please allow three working days for our CSR to reply to your voice mail or email inquiry.
• Only products returned in their original unopened condition and accompanied by a copy of the sales receipt can be accepted for refund.
• All items with a manufacturer defect received within thirty(30) calendar days of purchase are eligible for replacement or refund at our discretion.
• Skyshop will mail all refunds or replacement products to the designated customer address inclusive of postage.
• Items which have been damaged due to abuse, negligence, accident or alternation are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Hong Kong Airlines, Hong Kong Express Airways, and Inflight Sales Group will not be responsible for the refund/replacement of any liquids, aerosols or gels(LAGs) confiscated by airport, security or customs officials.
