4.The second night free stay cannot be split into others period. No refund will be made if the second night is forfeited.

5. Full payment is required at the time of booking and there are no refunds after the booking is confirmed. Passengers may reschedule once within 30 days (subject to room availability), otherwise full cancellation fee will be charged.

6. All room types will include daily breakfast for 2 guests.

Booking Procedures:

1.Book your Flight: Purchase a ticket to Haikou (HX107 or HX157) with Hong Kong Airlines. Your flight must originate from Hong Kong or connect via Hong Kong and operated by Hong Kong Airlines.

2.Redeem your Special Offer: Send an email to resv@pullman-haikou.com and cc molong.cai@pullman-haikou.com with the following: 

• Your confirmed Hong Kong Airlines itinerary with your booking reference (attach a copy of your booking confirmation).

• A soft copy of your ID
• A soft copy of your Fortune Wings Club Elite card (if applicable)
• Your intended date of stay at the hotel

3.Confirmation: Hotel will review your request and confirm your reservation.

4.Check-In: Upon arrival at the hotel, present the following documents for verification:

• Your boarding pass (HX107 or HX157)
• Your Fortune Wings Club Elite membership card (if applicable)

1. By purchasing Hong Kong Airlines (HX) air ticket(s) (economy or business) departing from Hong Kong to Haikou , as of today to 31 Oct 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time) and choose to book designated hotel room(s) under Pullman Haikou (“Hotel ”) (together the “Campaign”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. For those passengers taking HX flights to Haikou as of today to 31 Oct 2024 (both dates inclusive) (Hong Kong time), the Hotel offers (i) ‘buy one get one free’ and (ii) Special privileges to Passengers taking HX flights to Haikou with Business Class booking or Fortune Wing Club Elite Member(Platinum card, Gold card, Sliver card) taking HX flights to Haikou.

3. The Campaign is not applicable for group bookings (G class).
4. Passengers shall contact the Hotel directly via (resv@pullman-haikou.com )
5. All hotel rooms and room upgrade offers are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis and only available while stock lasts. The above offers are not transferable, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, other products or discounts, and also cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. Passengers please refer to general terms of Pullman Haikou. For any enquiries, passengers should contact the Hotel directly.
6. The prices are including taxes and service surcharges.
7. The Campaign is provided by the Hotel. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any discrepancy and changes by the Hotel. Customers shall contact Hotel for any enquiries.
8. Passengers are required to present HX boarding pass (HX107 or HX157 HKG-HAK) and FWC Elite Membership card (if applicable) upon check in at hotel counter. If any abuse is found, Hotel reserves the rights to charge the subject passenger at the original fare.
9. The General Conditions of Carriage published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines' website.
10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
11. Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines and/or Hotel shall be final.
14. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
