Terms and Conditions
1. By presentation of Shopping receipt on the actual day (issued by shop in Florentia Village HK) and Fortune Wings Club Membership Card (including e-Card) at the customer service center, FWC member is entitled to earn 1 FWC Point per HK$3 spending in Florentia Village HK.
2. FWC Points will be credited to the member's account within 8 weeks after the transaction is confirmed.
3. FWC member can claim points within 1 month after the transaction. Member is required to provide the valid receipt issued by shops in Florentia Village HK and FWC membership card, email to hka.ffp@hkairlines.com for retro claim.
4. Offer cannot be redeemed for cash or other products.
5. The offer is valid till 31 May 2021.
6. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other offers except specified.
