Terms and Conditions

  1. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing the selected insurance products with Bank of China Group Insurance Company Limited (“BOCG Insurance”), you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions. 
  2. The captioned insurance products are underwritten by Bank of China Group Insurance Company Limited (“BOCG Insurance”). The BOCG Insurance holds Operation Licenses for all the 17 types of General Insurance that are authorised by Insurance Authority, Hong Kong.
  3. This promotion is valid from now to 31 December 2024, and only eligible for the Fortune Wings Club (FWC) Members.
  4. Members must complete the relevant insurance e-Application Form or Proposal Form, and fill in the registered member name and FWC Membership Number when purchase the insurance product. The completed and signed form together with the required documents (as stated on the form) must be submitted to cs_ins@bocgroup.com. Members who do not provide the registered member name and FWC Membership Number on the form will be unable to be offered with the FWC Points.
  5. Points will be credited into the member’s account in 8 weeks after the insurance policy is issued.
  6. In case that the Points are not credited to the member’s account and provided that the member had provided the registered member name and membership number as the aforementioned, the member can make a claim of the Points in 6 months after the insurance policy issuance. The processing time will be about 6-8 weeks. If necessary, please contact our Customer Service Centre (Cantonese / English: +852 3916 3666 / Mandarin: +86 898 95071500) .
  7. The Points cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and discounts.
  8. All the insurance policies and the concerned data privacy policy are subject to the respective terms and conditions. Please refer to the relevant terms and conditions set out in the product brochures and policy provisions by the BOCG Insurance.
  9. The BOCG Insurance reserves the final decision in approving the insurance applications. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
  10. The use of the points is subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the FWC. The BOCG Insurance does not supply the Points and shall not be responsible for any related liabilities.
  11. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party rights or benefits.
  13. HKA and the BOCG Insurance reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  15. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of HKA and the BOCG Insurance shall be final and conclusive.
  16. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
