1. By booking a room and dining at Hotel COZi as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented upon redemption.
3. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
4. All bookings are subject to quota control.
5. Black-out dates may apply.
6. This promotion is valid from September 1, 2024 to July 21,2025
7. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of Hotel COZi, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of Hotel COZi’ food and beverage services.
8. Hong Kong Airlines and Hotel COZi reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

11. All hotel services and offers are subject to availability and the hotel’s confirmation.
12. For room promotions, the offer is applicable to designated room types only. No cancellation or amendment is allowed for the promotional rate you have confirmed. A full non-refundable prepayment for the entire stay will be charged to your credit card at time of booking. Failure to arrive at the hotel will result in forfeiture of the prepayment.
13. For dining promotions, offer is applicable for dine-in only. Offer is not applicable to all private parties, tailor-made menus, promotional menus & offers.
14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
15. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Hotel COZi shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
17. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
