1. The Discover Hong Kong and Beyond Special One-Way Fares Promotion ("Promotion") is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. By purchasing a ticket at a discounted rate (“Ticket”) during the promotion period, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The sales period for this Promotion varies strictly by destination as follows (all dates inclusive, Vancouver time):
   1. For Shanghai, Beijing, and Lijiang: Extended from April 14 to June 19, 2026.
   2. For Bangkok:
      1. Original promotional fare is valid from April 14 to May 24, 2026.
      2. New promotional fare is valid from May 13 to July 23, 2026.
   3. For all other destinations not listed above: Valid from April 14 to May 24, 2026.
3. The travel period for this Promotion varies strictly by destination as follows (all dates inclusive, departing point local time):
   1. For Shanghai, Beijing, and Lijiang: Extended from April 14 to June 19, 2026.
   2. For Bangkok:
      1. Original travel period is valid from April 14 to May 24, 2026.
      2. New travel period is valid from May 25 to July 23, 2026.

4. The discounted price is used to purchase a one-way Economy Class ticket in designated booking classes. Applicable departures/destinations include: Hong Kong, Bangkok, Beijing Capital Int’l, Chengdu Tianfu, Hangzhou, Lijiang, Nanjing, Sanya, Shanghai Hongqiao, Shanghai Pudong (subject to availability). 5. This Promotion is only applicable to flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines. It is not applicable to special flights, charter flights, connecting flights or code-share flights.
6. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking on a first-come, first-served basis.
7. Child ticket (from 2 to under 12 years old) under this Promotion is sold at 75% of the corresponding adult fare.  This discount is only applicable when the child is accompanied by an adult passenger at least 18 years of age.  Seat-occupying infants are sold at 75% of the corresponding adult fare, while non-seat-occupying infants are sold at 10% of the corresponding adult fare.
8. Fares displayed include all taxes and charges. Additional optional services are available for purchase. For details on how to reserve your seat, please see our seat selection options and fees. For information regarding additional, overweight, or oversized luggage, please see our excess baggage charges. These fees are determined by your fare type and routing at the time of purchase.
9. All standard fare rules, including but not limited to rebooking, cancellation, no-show, and refund fees, apply according to the specific booking class and fare type. Please refer to the fare rules displayed at the time of booking.
10. Tickets are not valid for upgrade to Business Class. Fortune Wings Club Reward Upgrade and Fortune Wings Club International Flight Upgrade are not eligible for use in this Promotion.
11. Tickets cannot be changed, resold, or redeemed.
12. Tickets are not transferable and cannot be partially used. Passengers are required to follow the itinerary shown on the Ticket.
13. Bookings are not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.
14. Fortune Wings Club members cannot accrue points under this Promotion.
15. For Tickets purchased on the HKA official website or via the mobile application for itineraries traveling to/from Canada, eligible refunds will be processed within 30 days. Additionally, refunds will be provided for any unused HKA add-on service purchases.
16. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for, or substitute for, the return of a Ticket confirmation due to non-delivery of information/incorrect delivery/technical error.
17. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
18. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
19. The General Conditions of Carriage and the General Rules of the International Tariff published by Hong Kong Airlines apply (subject to change from time to time) and are available on Hong Kong Airlines’ website.
20. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
22. In the event of any dispute regarding any of these Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
23. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
