Baggage Delivery with Check-in Service
Passengers may also have their baggage checked in at Hong Kong West Kowloon Station and delivered directly to their flight.

Opening Hours: 08:30 - 18:00 daily
Check-in Service: Passengers may check-in and drop off their baggage at the counter between 4 and 24 hours prior to their flight departure time. The baggage drop-off service is subject to a service fee of HK$120 per piece of baggage

Check in your baggage at home in downtown Hong Kong and have it directly delivered to your flight*.

Terms and Conditions
- The service is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By purchasing Hong Kong Airlines (HX) air ticket and doing online check-in, and using the service provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited, you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
- The service is applicable to passengers who travel with Hong Kong Airlines after online check–in.
- The service is not applicable to the following types of passengers:
•Unaccompanied minor (6-11 years old)
•Passengers require special assistance
- Passengers travel with entry visa will be required to check-in at airline counters for travel document verification.
- Regarding baggage standard:-
•Each baggage maximum weight must not exceed 32kg (70lb)
•Each baggage dimension (Length + Width + Height) must not exceed 203cm (80in)
•Does not accept oversized and overweight baggage
•Does not accept special baggage (e.g. animals, food and perishable items)
•Does not accept prohibited items such as firearms, weapons, explosives, flammable or corrosive items.
•Hong Kong Airlines’ decision shall be final
- The service is provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any error or omission during the delivery process. For enquiries, please contact S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited. By using the service provided by S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited, you are required to consent that S.F. Express (Hong Kong) Limited may have access to passengers’ personal data.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third party rights or benefits.
- Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
- If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
- In the event of any dispute regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines shall be final.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
