1. By enjoying the ticketing offer at The Big Bus Company (Hong Kong) Limited (Big Bus Tours) as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. This offer is valid from 1 January 2025 until 31 December 2025, blackout dates: 28-30 Jan 2025.
4. All confirmed bookings are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances: Big Bus Tours is completely unable to operate due to extreme weather conditions or internal closures; Transportation cancellations, health issues, or personal circumstances prevent a customer from reaching the city for which they purchased a BBHK ticket, provided they present the appropriate proof; Big Bus Tours reserves the right to grant refunds at its discretion in all circumstances.
5. The customer shall send the customer booking details along with the reasons for the refund or cancellation to infohk@bigbustours.com.
6. Hong Kong Airlines and Big Bus Tours reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
7. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
8. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Big Bus Tours shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
9. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
10. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
