Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge – Club Autus

Club Autus offers a refined and tranquil space for travellers to unwind before their flight. Featuring curated selection of dining options, relaxation facilities, shower suites, and business amenities, Club Autus delivers a comfortable and elevated travel experience inspired by the warmth and hospitality of Hong Kong Airlines.     

Enjoy a selection of buffet-style refreshments featuring a variety of Chinese and Western favourites, including a live cooking station. A range of beverages, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options, is also available.

By accessing VIP Lounges (“Lounge”) of Hong Kong Airlines Limited (“HKA”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The following passengers are eligible to access the Lounge located at Level 7, T1 Midfield Concourse, Hong Kong International Airport:

1. HKA Business Class passengers (excluding involuntarily upgraded passengers);
2. Fortune Wings Club Platinum, Gold, and Silver card members (for Silver card holders, it starts on Jan 1, 2025);
3. HKA VIP Lounge Invitation Letter holder; or
4. HKA VIP Lounge Voucher holder.

2. Remarks & General Conditions 

1. Options (a) to (c) are not applicable to codeshare flights. Only passengers holding valid tickets and boarding passes for departure flights operated by HKA are eligible to enter the Lounge.
2. HKA VIP Lounge Invitation Letter and HKA VIP Lounge Voucher are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-salable, and non-redeemable for cash. Eligible holders may enjoy a single-time stay of up to 4 hours during Lounge operating hours. If the holder stays for less than 4 hours, the entitlement will still be deemed fully redeemed.  HKA reserves the right to request valid travel documents for identity verification.
3. Eligible passengers must present a valid HKA boarding pass alongside relevant documents (e.g. Lounge Invitation Letter, Lounge Voucher, or Lounge e-Voucher) upon entry. The name on the voucher/invitation must match the name on the boarding pass exactly.
4. The flight departure date shown on the boarding pass must correspond to the date of Lounge admission.
5. Each lounge access entitlement is valid for one-time entry only.
6. Lounge access is not available for special flights, chartered flights, or codeshare flights.
7. Infants under two (2) years old of age holding a valid boarding pass for an HKA-operated departure flight may access the Lounge free of charge, provided they are accompanied by an adult who meets the Lounge eligibility criteria.
8. Children aged between two (2) and eleven (11) who meet entry eligibility criteria must be accompanied by an adult who also meets the Lounge eligibility criteria.
9. The Lounge is open daily from 06:30 to 02:30 HKT. Operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Access and services are subject to availability on a first-come, first-served basis. HKA reserves the right to limit or temporarily suspend Lounge access and services at its discretion.
11. Guests must help maintain a comfortable and pleasant environment, including keeping the Lounge clean and tidy.
12. HKA reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any individual from the Lounge for inappropriate behaviour or non-compliance with staff instructions. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal or physical harassment of staff or other guests, as well as disruptive, abusive or violent conduct.
13. HKA reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions, refuse entry, or revoke access at any time without prior notice.
14. HKA accepts no liability for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings, or for any loss or injury sustained within the Lounge.
15. In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions, the decision of HKA shall be final and conclusive.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions confers any rights or benefits on any third party. HKA reserves the right to provide Lounge service through a third- party service provider where appropriate.
17. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
18. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
