Collection of Processing Fees for Tickets Purchased via the Hong Kong Airlines Website, Mobile App, Mobile Website, and Mini App (Updates)
Hong Kong Airlines is collecting Processing Fees on all ticket purchases made via its official website, mobile app, mobile website, and mini app. These fees apply per travel sector, regardless of fare or ticket type, for flights originating from the respective point of origin.

Important Notes:
- The Processing fees apply to all travel sectors departing from the above-listed Point of Origin for tickets purchased via the official Hong Kong Airlines official website, mobile website, mini app, and mobile app.
- The fee is calculated per travel sector.
- The fee is determined by the origin of the first flight sector and does not apply if the first sector departs from Hong Kong International Airport.
- The fee amount is displayed in the currency shown on the official Hong Kong Airlines website, mobile app, mobile website, and mini app.
- The fee applies to all passengers, including adults, children and infant occupying seat.
- The fee is non-refundable except for tickets originating in Korea and in case of involuntary cancellations due to Hong Kong Airlines flight cancellations.
- The fee is not applied again for re-issued tickets if it was already included in the original transaction.
- The new processing fee shall not apply to tickets that have already been issued prior to March 20, 2026.
