1. By booking a room and dining at B P International as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented upon purchase.
4. For dining offer, advance reservation is required and requires indicating the membership name or number on valid identity document upon making reservation.
5. For dine-in consumption and limited to maximum of 12 diners in one table.
6. Dining offers are subject to availability.
7. The dining offer is applicable to dine-in only and prices are inclusive of 10% service charge.
8. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of B P International, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of B P International food and beverage services.
9. Hong Kong Airlines and B P International reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
10. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
11. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of B P International shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
12. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
13. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
