   2. TramOramic Tour

   1. For passenger safety, Hong Kong Tramways may adjust service times, modify service content, or cancel services due to road conditions or other factors without prior notice.
   2. Advance booking is required.
   3. No designated seating is available.
   4. Children must be accompanied by an adult throughout the entire tour.
   5. You should arrive at the departure station 10 minutes before the departure time to queue for boarding.
   6. You must follow the instructions of our staff when boarding and alighting the tram.
   7. You must present your e-voucher and valid identification documents to our staff when boarding.
   8. In the event of any disputes, Hong Kong Tramways reserves the right of final decision.
