10. Family Plan Policy: Children aged six or below will enjoy complimentary stays using existing bedding in the room shared with a paying adult. There is no capacity for extra beds in the room. All of our room types can accommodate two adults and one child. The Family Suite can accommodate a maximum of three adults and one child or two adults and two children.
11. Dining Offer is not valid for private functions, banquets, catering services, or merchandise purchases.
12. Dining Offer is only applicable for booking of maximum 12 guests.
13. Hong Kong Airlines and Hotel Stage reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
15. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Hotel Stage shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
16. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
