Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. This offer is valid from now until December 31, 2025, except Oriental Pearl and Hong Kong Water Taxi closure dates due to maintenance; or special periods or festivals which require a separate admission charge; or Blackout dates announced from time to time. The prevailing blackout dates and deck closure dates will be listed on the booking website and will be updated from time to time.
4. To enjoy 20% off ticket discount, Fortune Wings Club members are required to use the promo code and visit the booking website to purchase Standard Admission Ticket (Adult / Child). Guests are required to exchange their tickets at the ticket office at least 15 minutes before departure and check in at the corresponding pier to board the cruise.
5. All visitors should board and disembark according to the instructions of the dock and cabin staff and take their seats.
6. Expired, damaged, modified or photocopied Ticket will not be accepted. No replacement will be applied for lost Ticket.
7. Tickets are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and non-refundable either in whole or in part, for cash or for any other items.
8. Children aged 12 or below with valid tickets must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above with a valid ticket.
9. Guests must comply with the Rules & Regulations of Oriental Pearl Harbour Cruise and Hong Kong Water Taxi Harbour Cruise set out in the booking
10. Hong Kong Airlines, Oriental Pearl Harbour Cruise and Hong Kong Water Taxi Harbour Cruise reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
12. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Oriental Pearl Harbour Cruise and Hong Kong Water Taxi Harbour Cruise shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
13. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
14. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
