Terms and Conditions

By booking a room and dining at Royal View Hotel as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

  1. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented as verification upon arrival to redeem the offer.
  2. Promotion period from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
  3. All offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts and members’ privileges.
  4. All bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates.
  5. All room rates are subject to 10% service charge & 3% government tax per room per night, applied on the booking under stay less than 28 nights.
  6. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of Royal View Hotel, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of Royal View Hotel food and beverage services.
  7. Hong Kong Airlines and Royal View Hotel reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  8. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  9. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Royal View Hotel shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
  10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
  11. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
