  1. As a Fortune Wings Club member to enjoy the benefits of SoSIM, you acknowledged that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your purchases indicate that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.

  3. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.

  4. This offer is applicable for both physical and eSIM purchases. Physical SIMs are redeemable only at PARKnSHOP in Hong Kong

  5. Fortune Wings Club Members may purchase SoSIM by accessing the designated link that directs them to the dedicated eShop. Members may view and select their preferred packages within the eShop. Upon successful payment, customers will receive a redemption email containing a QR code. Customers may use the QR code to activate the eSIM service or redeem physical SIM card at PARKnSHOP in Hong Kong.

  6. The bonus data will be delivered as an e-coupon to your SoSIM account. Please log in to “Rewards” > “My Coupons” to redeem the e-coupon within its validity period. Unredeemed e-coupons will expire and become invalid.

  7. Hong Kong Airlines and SoSIM reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  8. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.

  9. In case of any dispute regarding this promotion, the decision of SoSIM shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.

  10. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
