1. By booking a room and dining at The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented as verification upon arrival to redeem the offer.
3. Promotion period from 12 June 2025 to 30 April 2026.
4. Booking must be made 2 days in advance.
5. Free cancellation applies when made 48 hours prior to the arrival date.
6. All bookings are subject to availability and blackout dates.
7. This offer is subject to a maximum of 2 transactions per stay.
8. Up to a maximum of two complimentary breakfasts will be offered per room per night and can be consumed only by the registered guest(s).
9. Complimentary room upgrade is subject to availability, with the highest room category set at Deluxe Oceanfront Room.
10. Any unused benefits cannot be transferred or used for future visits.
11. All room rates are subject to 10% service charge & 3% government tax per room per night.

13. For the dining offer, all prices are subject to a 10% service charge based on the original prices.

19. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong food and beverage services.
20. Hong Kong Airlines and The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
21. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
22. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of The Fullerton Ocean Park Hotel Hong Kong shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
23. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
24. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
