1. By booking a room and dining at Alva House as a Fortune Wings Club member, you acknowledge that this promotion is subject to the following Terms and Conditions. Your reservation indicates that you have read, comprehended, and consented to adhere to these Terms and Conditions.
2. The above offers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or used in conjunction with other promotional offers.
3. This offer is applicable at Alva House of ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL, except for private events, banquet, delivery order and retail product.
4. This offer is only applicable on a specific date and QR code needs to be shown when used.
5. The offer is for the dine-in only.
6. Changing order, cancellation, or refund is not allowed after confirmation.
7. This promotion is valid from now to 30 June 2025. Black-out dates 27-31 January 2025, 14 February 2025, 10-11 May 2025.
8. To redeem the above offer, Members are required to present the buffet email confirmation together with membership identification. A valid physical or digital Fortune Wings Card must be presented upon purchase. Should the Members fail to provide a valid membership card before being seated, a supplementary amount on the price difference to the original price needs to be paid.
9. Rates are subject to a 10% service charge and are subject to change without prior notice.
10. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the food and beverage services provided by the restaurants of Alva House, including but not limited to any claims for food poisoning, allergic reactions, or other injuries or illnesses caused by the consumption of Alva House food and beverage services.
11. Hong Kong Airlines and Alva House reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
12. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
13. In case of any dispute of this promotion, the decision of Alva House shall be final and conclusive. Hong Kong Airlines is not liable for any responsibility.
14. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. 
15. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
