Safety is of our first priority

• We require all our cabin crew members to work together to ensure inflight safety of every customer


Delivering service with our heart

• Flight Pursers dedicate themselves to promoting customer satisfaction through a passion for service, and coaching and developing their teams to do the same


Offering support to your colleagues

• Problem solving and supporting fellow crew members throughout each flight, involving others in developing solutions to problems; ensuring problem resolution is customer focused; handling unusual situations with the customer in mind; responding in a timely and personal manner to on board issues while minimizing any service disruption

• Coaching team members on every flight, including providing feedback to crew members, recognizing and acknowledging team and individual contributions, motivating crew members to comply with regulations, policies, procedures and treating each crew member fairly and with respect

• Maintaining and updating knowledge of applicable policies, procedures, goals, plans, and objectives, and communicating applicable information to crew members whenever possible

Facilitating effective communication among team members

• Interacting effectively with others throughout each flight is an essential duty of a Flight Purser. This include establishing good relationships with customers, crew and other operational departments, displaying sensitivity to the needs of individuals from diverse cultures, and resolving customer and crew conflicts whenever necessary


Acting as a leader on-board

• Our Flight Pursers are responsible for the management of the service in either the Economy or Business Class cabin under the leadership of the Senior Purser, therefore we expect you to provide leadership, direction and assistance to crew members throughout each flight, and ensure that all service elements meet or exceed our company standards and customer expectations



• Must have at least 4 years’ cabin crew experience

• Have the right of abode in Hong Kong

• Minimum age of 18

• HKCEE: Minimum of Grade E in five HKCEE subjects (including Level 2 or above in English Language & Chinese Language), OR

• HKDSE: Minimum of Level 2 in five New Senior Secondary School Subjects (including English and Chinese Language) OR equivalent

• Fluency in written and spoken English and one of the following Asian languages: Cantonese, Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Indonesian or Malay. European languages including French, German and Spanish would be an advantage. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred

• Polished interpersonal skills with an independent character that is able to work well in a team environment

• Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset
• A minimum arm-reach of 210cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
