Company Secretary
(HKA/COM/1215_CS)     Department:  Corporate Governance & Development    Time:  2017-12-15


  • Handle and facilitate the board procedures; enhance the board effectiveness; manage all necessary clerical and liaison work for the board and shareholders as required by the Articles or relevant legislation
  • Set up and maintain the system for the statutory compliance of the group companies; monitor the statutory compliance and all company secretaries work as performed by the corporate governance superior(s) and officer(s); supervise the group company secretary team 
  • Oversee the companies structure of the group; promote and improve the standard of corporate governance; ensure all corporate actions in compliance with the all relevant internal policies and rules and relevant legislation; prepare and review the internal policies and manuals in relation to corporate governance in response to the change in rules and regulations; advise the board of directors or senior management regarding the corporate governance and company secretarial matters, with an aim to bringing the practices, policies and manuals in relation to corporate governance to a level equivalent to a listed company



  • Associate Member of HKICS & ICSA
  • Degree in law and/or finance
  • Minimum 8 years of practical company secretarial experiences, preferably with 2-3 years experience working in listed company
  • Detail-minded, mature, self-disciplined and conscientious, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency computer skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua
