Manager, Airport Services (San Francisco)

Responsibilities

Ensure flights are operated in safety manners
Coordinate with airport authorities, catering, crew hotel for various issue
Monitor all aspects of the operation in order to achieve and maintain excellent passenger service standards
Regular liaison with the management of the Ground Handling Company and other service providers in order to identify problem areas and find solutions
Prepare and constantly review local procedures or Diversion/Delay Handling/Disruptions and Emergency Procedures for the reference of both HX staff and the Handling Agent
In coordination with the Airport team, negotiate and administer all major Airport Authority, Air Traffic Control, CIQ and etc.
Attend meetings related to airport operations and inform headquarter about any update of local policies timely
Regular visit to concern airport department or governmental department to maintain good cooperation
Report to headquarter about station and staff performance

 

Requirements

Tertiary education or equivalent, a Bachelor degree holder will be an advantage
Minimum 8 years airport services working experiences with at least 2 years of managerial experience
Customer focused with excellent customer service skills and problem solving attitude
Extensive experience in the Airline Industry experience with proven supervisory and people management experience
Qualified to an advanced level in Passenger Services, Ground Operations, Baggage Claims, Reservations & Ticketing, and Weight & Balance
Able to work under pressure and in crisis, provide direction and front line support to airport team
Proficient in spoken and written English; other Asian language will be an advantage
Willing to take shift duties
