Earn Points

Fortune Wings Club members can earn points when travelling on Hong Kong Airlines flights. Please quote your membership number or present your membership card (including e-card) during reservation and check-in. Points will be credited to your account within 4-6 weeks after travel.

 

** Please ensure the names on your ticket and membership card are the same. Also, please register your travel docunemt number in your membership account in order to earn points.

Remarks:

^ Only Business Z class tickets (excluding redemption tickets) issued on or after 1 January 2018 will be eligible for earning FWC points and segments.

Terms & conditions:

1. Please quote your membership number or present your membership card during reservation and check-in.
2. FWC members can earn points when travelling on eligible scheduled flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX). Special flights, chartered flights and codeshare flights are not eligible for points and segments accrual.

3. Charter flights not eligible for earning points and segments:

- Hong Kong to/from Changchun

- Hong Kong to/from Moscow

4. Points accrual is based on the original booking class if the upgrade is settled by FWC points or cash (requested at the airport on the flight day).
5. Please keep your boarding pass and e-ticket copy until points have been credited to your account. If points do not appear in your account after 6 weeks, please send your boarding pass and e-ticket to ffp@hnair.com for retro claim.
6. For child tickets with fare classes C and Y, the accrual standard will be 50% of the above respective proportion. 
7. For Business class tickets (fare class C, D & J) on routes between Hong Kong and Saipan (vice versa), only flights taken on or after 1 July 2017 will be available for points accrual.
8. For Business class tickets in fare class Z (excluding redemption tickets), only the tickets issued on or after 1 January 2018 will be eligible for points and segment accrual.
9. Fortune Wings Club reserves the rights to update the eligible booking class standard without prior notice. Please refer to Hong Kong Airlines' website or Fortune Wings Club's website for the latest update.

Retro Claim

Points will be credited to members' accounts within 4-6 weeks from the travel date. If you do not find the points credited in your account at that time, please submit your missing point claim within 180 days from the travel date. Missing point claims submitted beyond the claim period will not be accepted.

 


New FWC members can claim points for flights taken within 30 days prior to their enrolment.
