International Certification
Hong Kong Airlines, with the brand positioning "Fresh and Very Hong Kong”, actively promotes the management efficiency and continuously improves the management process. Company Management functions acquired the international certification of ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System (QMS) since December, 2014. The certificate has been upgraded to ISO9001:2015 standard in July, 2018. Hong Kong Airlines strictly conforms to the requirements of internationally recognized ISO9001 QMS and has established a series of management mechanisms, such as Quality Objectives, Customer Satisfaction Survey, Internal Audit, and so on. These greatly improve the corporate quality management.
