Scope of Works Description
The scope includes but is not limited to:
•    Storage Design & Equipment
– Storage racks, plastic pallets, plastic bins, and wheel tooling
– Storage capacity: ~12,000 bins, ~400 standard pallets, ~30 oversized pallets
– High-frequency and association-based storage optimization
•    Robotic Systems
– 2 x Forklift Robots (1.2T load, SLAM navigation)
– 2 x Bin Robots (≤6 layers, 600×400mm bin size)
– 1 x Autonomous Cleaning Robot
– Charging stations and battery management
•    Smart Workstation
– AI vision for quantity counting and document OCR
– SAP integration, photo archiving, anti-static design
•    Warehouse Management System (WMS)
– Interface with SAP for inbound, outbound, transfer, cycle count, and inventory optimization
– Bin/slot optimization, task prioritization, and exception handling
•    Robot Control System (RCS/WCS)
– Real-time task allocation, traffic management, and path optimization
– Visualization dashboard and robot health monitoring
•    Security & Environmental Monitoring
– CCTV with tracking capability and 6-month storage
– Temperature/humidity sensors with automated HVAC control
– Access control and fire isolation for charging area
•    IT Infrastructure
– Local servers, UPS (2-hour runtime), wired/wireless network (≥100Mbps)
– Cybersecurity compliance and system integration with HK Airlines IT
•    Project Management
– Deep design, production, delivery, installation, and commissioning
– Training, documentation, and handover
•    Post-Implementation Support
– 3-year robot warranty, 4-year battery warranty
– On-site technical support for 2 years
– Remote monitoring and maintenance system

Technical Specifications & System Requirements
Detailed technical specifications are provided in Appendix A (Smart Warehouse Technical Specification) . Key requirements include:
•    Throughput: 750 item lines/day during peak, 600 item lines/day normal
•    Response Time: ≤3 minutes for single item retrieval; ≤7 minutes for 2–12 items
•    Robotic Performance: Forklift robot ≥15 pallets/hour; bin robot ≥30 bins/hour
•    System Uptime: 7×24 continuous operation
•    Safety: Emergency stop, collision detection, fire-rated charging area
•    Compliance: ISO27000, anti-static for designated racks, grounding
•    Training: Full user and maintenance training with manuals
•    Documentation: All technical documents, source code access for interface, and operation guides
