  1. Self-Service Query: You can also login to Hong Kong Airlines through the “Upgrade Now” button or add your itinerary to the Hong Kong Airlines App during the upgrade time frame to check the upgrade offers.

Upgrade Time Frame: 
  • From 7 days until 48 hours before scheduled flight departure 
  • During the 20th Anniversary Limited-Time Offer, selected routes will be available for upgrade 14 days prior to flight departure, giving you early access to upgrade 

 

Hong Kong Airlines App Upgrade Steps: 

  • STEP 1 | Advance Upgrade: Open the Hong Kong Airlines App, add your schedule under [Trip], and tap [Advance Upgrade]. 

  • STEP 2 | Select Flight Segment: Select the flight and passenger(s) for upgrade (you can tap [Add Passenger] to upgrade together). 

  • STEP 3 | Confirm Information: Enter your contact email address and verify the upgrade details. 

  • STEP 4 | Complete Payment: Select your preferred payment method and complete the transaction. 

  • STEP 5 | Successful Upgrade: Once payment is confirmed, an upgrade confirmation email will be sent to you immediately.
