VIP Lounge - Club Autus: Hong Kong Airlines offers an exclusive VIP lounge experience at Hong Kong International Airport, known as Club Autus. located in the T1 Midfield Concourse, this lounge provides comfortable seating and light dining options. HKA Business-class passengers, Fortune Wings Club members, VIP lounge invitation holders, and Dragon Pass members can enjoy this luxurious space.

Important Notes

• Voucher can only be used by the registered user. Identity verification is required.
• Guests must be in possession of a valid Hong Kong Airlines ticket departing from Hong Kong for the same day of travel (only applicable to Hong Kong Airlines operated flights, not applicable to codeshare flights).
• Guests must present a printed voucher or show the voucher via a mobile device on arrival at the lounge.
• All facilities and services in the lounge are subject to availability.
• Should there be any dispute, Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to final decision.

Meet and Greet: Hong Kong Airlines offers assistance with navigating through Hong Kong International Airport.  Passengers can arrange with staff to meet at designated point and assist with boarding gate transit within the terminal and security clearance, all of which are subject to arrangement and availability

Important Notes:

• Meet & Greet is only applicable for Hong Kong International Airport, services which include VIP courtesy channel (priority check-in), flight status update and priority boarding all subject to availability
• All Passengers, aged 2 or above, must be in possession of a valid boarding pass for the same date of departure time.
• Exact Meet & Greet location is subject to prior arrangement with staff, if there is no arrangement between customer and operational staff then meeting starting location will be defaulted to check-in counter.
• Meet & Greet service is on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to availability.
• Children aged 2-11 or below must be accompanied by another passenger aged 16 or above who must also purchase the service.
• Each passenger can only use such a service once per purchase
• Airport Meet & Greet Service purchases must be made more than 24 hours before customer departure time. Any attempts to purchase within 24 hours of departure time will not be accepted by the system.
