*Due to server upgrade of Etihad Airways (EY), Fortune Wings Club members who took eligible flights operated by Etihad Airways (EY) and would like to accrue points into their Fortune Wings Club accounts, please be noticed that the points will delay. Thank you for your understanding.
- Fortune Wings Club members can accumulate Fortune Wings points only when taking Etihad Airways flights with the code "EY". Free tickets, group tickets, and other tickets that Etihad Airways has specified not eligible to earn points will not be valid for the accumulation of Fortune Wings points.
- Fortune Wings members who take special and charter flights operated by Etihad Airways cannot accumulate points.
- Booking code refers to the code indicated in the “CLASS” column on the ticket. Please pay special attention as it will impact the number of points you earn.
- One flight’s points can only be recorded once in one frequent flyer program (FFP) account - either Fortune Wings or Etihad Guest account.
- Please provide your Fortune Wings card number when booking your flight or handling check-in formalities.
- Fortune Wings Club points will be credited to a member's account 6 weeks after the flight. If you do not find the points in your account by that time, please submit your missing mileage claim together with your e-ticket or boarding pass to Fortune Wings Club at ffp@hnair.comor +86 898 95339 - 4 within 6 months of your travel date. Missing mileage claims will only be accepted for processing if they are submitted within the 6-month claim period.
