Notes
- To ensure that points are correctly credited to your account after your travel, please provide your Fortune Wings card number when booking your flight or handling check-in formalities.
- Points accrual K is based on flight distance measured in kilometers, which is in accordance with the "Ticketed Point Mileage” (TPM) published by IATA.
- Fortune Wings Club members can accumulate Fortune Wings points when taking TAP Air Portugal operated flights with flight number TP 1-3999.
- Free tickets, group tickets, and other tickets that TAP Air Portugal has specified not eligible to earn points will not be valid for the accumulation of Fortune Wings points. Fortune Wings Club members cannot accumulate Fortune Wings points when taking TAP Air Portugal with flight number TP 4000-9999.
- The ticket “Brand” refers to ticket class of service, please pay special attention as it will impact the number of points you earn.
- One flight’s points can only be recorded once in one frequent flyer program (FFP) account – either the Fortune Wings Club or Victoria Programme of TAP Air Portugal.
- Fortune Wings Club points will be credited to a member's account 6 weeks after the flight. If you do not find the points in your account by that time, please submit your missing mileage claim together with your e-ticket or boarding pass to Fortune Wings Club at ffp@hnair.com or +86 898 95339 – 4 within 6 months of your travel date. Missing mileage claims will only be accepted for processing if they are submitted within the 6-month claim period.
- The above mentioned Points-earning Standards of TAP Air Portugal came into effect as of March 28, 2018.
- In case of any disputes, information on Fortune Wings Club website shall prevail.
