Terms and Conditions

1. In order to earn 1 FWC point for every HK$4 spent on Trip.com Car Rental, Fortune Wings Club members must make a car rental booking at the designated link.
2. Member must provide Fortune Wings Club membership number during the reservation to earn points. The name on the reservation must match the name of the FWC membership card.
3. FWC member can claim points within 6 months after the transaction. Member is required to quote membership number, name and valid receipt or confirmation email issued by Trip.com, email to hka.ffp@hkairlines.com for retro claim application.
4. Points earned will be credited to members' accounts 2 months after completion. In the event a booking is cancelled, the points will not be awarded. Mismatch of name and membership number will result in points credit failure.
5. Points earned are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.
6. Points can only be earned by one Member per transaction and cannot be split between two or more Members occupying the same room.
7. The offer is valid till 30 June 2023.
8. Offer is subject to change without notice. In case of any dispute, Hong Kong Airlines, Fortune Wings Club and Trip.com reserve the right of final decision.
9. These terms and conditions are written in the English language and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.
