(Please note: Effective 27 May 2026, all check-in counters will be relocated to the new Terminal 2 (T2) of Hong Kong International Airport.)

Check-in counters and self-service check-in facilities operating hours:

Check-in counters open 3 hours before the scheduled departure time of the first flight and close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the last flight. We recommend that passengers allow ample time for check-in, baggage tag printing, and self-service baggage drop-off. Boarding gates close 20 minutes before flight departure.

(2) In-Town Check-In Service#

Location: Hong Kong Station, Airport Express Line, MTR

Opening Hours: Daily, 6:00 am to 19:00 pm

Location: Kowloon Station, Airport Express Line, MTR

Opening Hours: Daily, 6:00 am to 15:00 pm

#The following condition are not eligible for In-Town Check-In Service

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service;

Passenger travel with staff ticket;

Passenger travel with connecting flight ticket;

Flights that not operated by Hong Kong Airlines;

Travel to destination of  Hanoi, DaNang, Vientiane, Bali, Saipan and Vancouver
