Check-in Counter Area: Aisle K, Level 7, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport (Our ticketing service counter has been relocated from Aisle K to Aisle D while check-in counters remain at Aisle K.)

Our check-in counters and smart check-in kiosks at Hong Kong international Airport open 3 hours and 15 minutes before flight departure. To ensure punctual flight departures and deliver an enhanced travel experience, effective from 30 March 2025, the closure time of these services will be adjusted to 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time. Passengers are strongly advised to allow sufficient time for check-in, baggage tag printing, and self-service bag drop.

Boarding gates close 20 minutes before departure.

(2) In-Town Check-In Service#

Location: Hong Kong Station, Airport Express Line, MTR

Opening Hours: Daily, 6:00 am to 19:00 pm

Location: Kowloon Station, Airport Express Line, MTR

Opening Hours: Daily, 6:00 am to 15:00 pm

Unaccompanied Minor (UM) Service;

Passenger travel with staff ticket;

Passenger travel with connecting flight ticket;

Flights that not operated by Hong Kong Airlines;

Travel to destination of  TaiChung, DaNang, Vientiane, Bali, Saipan and Vancouver
