(1) Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1 (T1)

Until 26 May 2026, the check-in location is at: Aisle K, Level 7, Terminal 1, Hong Kong International Airport.

(2) Hong Kong International Airport New Terminal 2 (T2)

From 27 May 2026 onwards, all Hong Kong Airlines check-in counters will be relocated to the new Terminal 2 (T2) at Hong Kong International Airport. Hong Kong Airlines passengers may check in and drop off their baggage at the counters in Aisle Q of T2, or at the Self-service Check-in Zones at Aisle R and other aisles. After passing through security screening and immigration clearance, please take the Automated People Mover (APM) to the Midfield Concourse at Terminal 1 (T1) for boarding.

Currently, the new Terminal 2 (T2) primarily serves departing passengers originating from Hong Kong. International transfer passengers (who are not entering Hong Kong) and passengers transferring to Macau and Pearl River Delta (PRD) ferries must remain at the Transfer Desks in Terminal 1 (T1) for their transfer procedures. Operating Hours for Check-in Counters and Self-service Facilities:

The check-in counters open 3 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the first flight, and close 60 minutes before the scheduled departure time of the last flight. We strongly recommend that passengers allow ample time to complete their check-in procedures. Boarding gates will close 20 minutes before the flight departure time.
