    (28 Kwo Lo Wan Road, Hong Kong International Airport, Lantau)

     

    Documents Required for Submission

    Please prepare and bring the following documents:

    1. Resume: 1 printed hard copy with a recent passport size-photo
    2. Travel Documents: Original valid HKID or Passport, plus 1 photocopy  
    3. Academic Qualifications: Photocopies of academic certificates  
    4. Employment References: Photocopies of previous and current employment references

     Responsibilities:

    • Ensure the safety, security, and comfort of passengers by adhering to inflight policies
    • Deliver excellent and professional in-flight service, ensuring a pleasant travel experience for all passengers
    • Anticipate and respond to passengers’ needs in a caring and professional manner 
    • Uphold a positive corporate image as a brand ambassador of the airline
    • Adhere to inflight service standards and comply with all regulatory requirements

     

     Requirements:

    • Minimum age of 18
    • High school diploma or above
    • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English, including Putonghua
    • Ability to speak Japanese, Korean, Thai or other languages would be an advantage
    • A minimum arm-reach of 208cm and physical fitness to pass the pre-employment medical assessment
    • Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset with good communication skills
