Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge “Club Autus” Resumes Service

Hong Kong Airlines VIP Lounge "Club Autus" has been re-launched since 31 October 2023. Located in the T1 Midfield Concourse at Hong Kong International Airport, the lounge's reopening aims to enhance the travel experience of our business-class passengers.

The first phase of the lounge's operations will offer convenient services and light refreshments, allowing passengers to make the most of their brief waiting time to relax and recharge before boarding.

Buffet-style light meals will be served*, featuring a variety of Chinese and Western snacks, sandwiches, dim sum, fried rice and noodles, porridge, hot soup, cup noodles, as well as an assortment of beverages including wine, coffee, soda, and juice. Certain food items will be individually packaged and passengers are welcome to bring them onboard for further enjoyment, which also helps to minimize waste.

*Please note that the selection of food and beverage may vary at different times.

# Outside the opening hours of “Club Autus”, eligible passengers travelling on flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines or partner airlines may also access the Plaza Premium Lounge located near Gate 1.

1. By accessing VIP Lounges (“Lounge”) of Hong Kong Airlines Limited (“HKA”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. The following passengers are eligible to access the Lounge located at Level 7, T1 Midfield Concourse, Hong Kong International Airport:

a.   HKA Business Class passengers (excluding involuntary upgraded passengers);

b.   Platinum, Gold, and Silver card members of the Fortune Wings Club; (for silver card holders, it starts on Jan 1, 2025.)

c.   HKA VIP Lounge Invitation Letter holder; or

d.   HKA VIP Lounge Voucher holder.

e.  Dragon Pass members.

Remarks:

Options a to c are not applicable to codeshare flights. Only passengers holding tickets/boarding passes for departure flights operated by HKA are allowed to enter the Lounge.

HKA VIP Lounge Invitation Letter and HKA VIP Lounge Voucher are non-transferrable, non-refundable, non-salable, and non-redeemable for cash. Passengers holding the above-mentioned documents may enjoy a one-time 4 hours of lounge service during the operating hours of the Lounge as stated in the paragraph below. If the holder of Lounge Invitation Letter and/or VIP Lounge Voucher cannot enjoy all 4 hours of lounge service, 1 time of usage will still be counted. HKA reserves the right to request passengers to show travel documents for verification.

3. Passenger eligible as stated in the above paragraph (2) is required to present a valid HKA boarding pass together with relevant documents (such as Lounge Invitation Letter, Lounge Voucher and Lounge e-Voucher) for verification purposes in accessing the Lounge. The name appeared on the relevant documents must be the same as boarding pass.
4. The flight departure date as shown on the boarding pass presented by the passenger shall be the same date of entry to the Lounge.
5. Every lounge access quota shall be used for one entry in one lounge only (including Club Autus and Plaza Premium Lounge at Hong Kong International Airport Terminal 1). If any passenger accesses both lounges or re-enters the same lounge on the same date, two times of usage shall be counted.
6. Lounge access is not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
7. Infant passenger aged below two and holding a valid boarding pass for departure flights operated by Hong Kong Airlines (not applicable to codeshare flights) should be granted access to Lounge only with his/her accompanying adult(s) who are also satisfied with the eligibility of entry to Lounge.
8. Child aged two or above and below 12 who is also satisfied with the eligibility of entry to the Lounge should be granted access to the Lounge and preferably accompanied by his/her adult(s) who is also satisfied with the eligibility of entry to Lounge.
9. The opening hours of the Lounge are from HKT 06:30 am to HKT 02:30, with suggested the latest admission is HKT 02:00. The operating hours are subject to change without prior notice.
10. The services are subject to availability and on a first-come-first-served basis. HKA reserves the right to withdraw/limit the availability of the Lounge access or its services from time to time.
11. Passengers shall ensure a suitable environment is maintained in the Lounge including but not limited to keeping the Lounge clean and tidy.
12. HKA reserves the right to remove any person from the Lounge for any inappropriate behaviour or failure to follow our staff’s instructions including but not limited to, verbal or physical harassment towards our Lounge’s staff or other Lounge’s users, conduct that is disruptive, abusive or violent, etc..
13. HKA reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. HKA shall not be liable for any articles loss or stolen or damages suffered by you inside the Lounge.
15. HKA reserves the right to refuse entry or revoke access of the Lounge without prior notice.
16. In the event of any dispute regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of HKA shall be final.
17. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits. HKA reserves the right to render the Lounge service through any third party, if applicable.
18. If there is any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English and other language versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
19. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
