香港航空位於香港國際機場一號客運大樓(T1)的辦理登機手續櫃檯,今日起正式遷往全新的二號客運大樓T2。即日起,乘搭香港航空的旅客可選擇於T2Q櫃檯,或R自助登區辦理登機手續及託運行李,並在完成保安檢查及離境手續後,前往T1中場客運廊登機。

 

地勤團隊在一號客運大樓T1最後一班航班完成旅客登手續後,隨即於今日凌晨4時啟動搬遷工作,並於清晨順利完成,讓首班由T2出發前往上海浦東的航班旅客率先體驗於T2辦理登機的全新流程。

 

為紀念這個重要的歷史時刻,香港航空於T2辦理登機手續櫃檯舉行啟用儀式,香港航空及香港機場管理局管理層主禮,並向當日出發的旅客致送紀念禮品。

王曉東亦特別表揚員工為今次搬遷所付出的努力。他表示,公司將調配足夠人手協助旅客透過社交媒體及應用程式講解登機流程加強市場對T2及相關服務的認知,務求令旅客在出行前已充分掌握最新安排。

 

煥新企業視覺標識 展現城市精神

 

適逢20周年的重要日子,香港航空已於上星期公佈推出全新企業視覺標識,以配合公司在服務品質、航線網絡及企業定位等多維度的演進。值得一提的是,此次是公司成立以來首次更新尾翼視覺標識,目標於年內完成四架噴漆,並最終將新設計推廣至整個機隊。
