New Customer Service Fees will be in effect from 1 January 2021 and apply to customers who use our services via our customer service hotlines, airport check-in counters or local sales offices.

Customers who booked on Hong Kong Airlines official website can make changes to your itinerary via our online self-service platform.

For bookings made via travel agencies, passengers should contact your travel agent directly for any changes or modifications.

The Customer Service Fees do not apply to those passengers who require special assistance.
