Eligible Passengers：Economy Class passengers traveling to/from Sydney, Melbourne or Vancouver on Hong Kong Airlines-operated flights transiting via Hong Kong with a layover of 5-24 hours. 

Product Features：During the campaign period, eligible Economy Class transit passengers can enjoy complimentary access to Hong Kong Airlines' self-operated "Club Autus" lounge.

Product Description：

  1. Eligible passengers transiting via Hong Kong with a connection time between 5 and 24 hours on Hong Kong Airlines-operated flights in Economy Class may register for complimentary access to the Hong Kong Airlines Club Autus lounge. 
  2. Passengers must present valid boarding passes for both the arriving and departing flights of the same journey to register and enjoy the service. 
  3. Example: A passenger traveling from PVG to SYD via Hong Kong with a transit time of 7 hours 40 minutes is eligible to enjoy complimentary access to the Club Autus lounge after presenting the boarding passes for both flight sectors.

 

Terms and conditions:

  1. The complimentary lounge access is only applicable to the Club Autus lounge operated by Hong Kong Airlines.
  2. This offer cannot be transferred, resold, refunded, or exchanged for cash or other benefits.
  3. Lounge access is valid on the day of registration and cannot be accumulated or extended.
  4. Eligible passengers can enjoy this benefit multiple times during the campaign, but registration is limited to once per eligible journey.
  5. This product is not applicable to code-sharing flights or special flights defined by Hong Kong Airlines.
  6. The name on the boarding pass must match the lounge user exactly; otherwise, it will be considered invalid.
  7. The offer is for personal use only. If the passenger wishes to bring others into the lounge, those individuals must also meet the relevant eligibility criteria.
  8. Both boarding passes (for the arriving and connecting flights of the same journey) must be presented for verification. Boarding passes from different travel dates cannot be combined.
  9. Passengers should present physical or electronic boarding passes for verification upon registration.
  10. Infants under 2 years old can enter the lounge free of charge; children aged 2-11 must hold valid lounge access credentials. All infants and children must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older to enter the lounge.
  11. Lounge access is valid for four (4) consecutive hours from the time of first entry. Early departure will still be counted as one lounge usage. Passengers who wish to extend their stay beyond the designated four-hour period may do so at a rate of HKD 580 per person, subject to lounge availability and the discretion of Hong Kong Airlines' lounge staff. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to verify travel documents and collect the applicable charges as necessary.
  12. Lounge eligibility is based on the original scheduled ETA of the arriving flight and departure time of the connecting flight. Delays to the arriving flight do not affect eligibility if the original connection time falls within the 5–24 hour window. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to verify original scheduled times.
  13. The lounge operating hours are from Hong Kong Time (HKT) 06:30 to 02:30, with the latest entry time at HKT 02:00. Operating hours may be temporarily changed without prior notice.
  14. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to temporarily suspend all or part of the “Club Autus” lounge services for operational needs.
  15. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the final right to refuse passengers entry or terminate their lounge access without prior notice. 

 

Other Terms：

  1. This product is subject to Hong Kong Airlines’ booking terms, and any changes will be made without prior notice.
  2. No rights or benefits are granted to any third party under any provision of the terms and conditions.
  3. Flight tickets are subject to the general carriage conditions published on Hong Kong Airlines’ official website (which may be amended from time to time). Tickets are also subject to Hong Kong Airlines' other terms and conditions (which may be amended from time to time), please refer to Hong Kong Airlines’ official website for details.
  4. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
  5. In case of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions, Hong Kong Airlines’ final interpretation shall prevail.
  6. All terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
