    1. Each eligible passenger may claim and use only one single-journey “Hong Kong→Shenzhen” or “Shenzhen→Hong Kong” service ticket, valid only for the flight shown on the boarding pass; tickets cannot be split or transferred.
    2. Tickets are valid solely on Eternal East Bus’s fixed Hong Kong Intl Airport ⇄ Shenzhen routes; no intermediate boarding/alighting or transfers to other transport modes.
    3. Child Ticket Usage Notice

Each ticket admits one passenger who must occupy one seat; sharing or multiple usage is strictly prohibited. Children aged 0 (inclusive) up to under 3 years may travel free of charge with a child ticket, provided they are held in the arms of an accompanying adult at all times and do not occupy a seat. To verify age, Eternal East Bus staff may request valid identification (including but not limited to Hong Kong identity card, passport, Home Return Permit, Hong Kong–Macau Travel Permit, Taiwan Compatriot Permit) when processing boarding procedures. If a child’s actual age is found not to match the free child ticket held, Eternal East Bus staff reserve the authority to require the passenger to purchase a ticket at the prevailing standard fare before boarding.

    1. Cross-Border Transfer Service Baggage Requirements

Each passenger is entitled to one (1) free baggage item with maximum dimensions of 55 cm × 45 cm × 20 cm (22″ × 18″ × 8″) and a maximum weight of 10 kg (22 lbs), plus one (1) piece of hand luggage not exceeding 37.5 cm × 25 cm × 15 cm (15″ × 10″ × 6″). Baggage whose total dimensions (length + width + height) exceed 120 cm, overweight items, or any articles deemed unsuitable for carriage at the sole discretion of Eternal East Bus may be refused boarding. Passengers requiring excess baggage must purchase an additional baggage ticket at the child fare for travel to/from Hong Kong International Airport; if no child fare is available on that route, the adult fare will apply.

    1. The complimentary ticket is valid only for trips taken either within 6 to 12 hours before the scheduled departure of a Hong Kong outbound flight or within 6 hours after the actual arrival of a Hong Kong inbound flight. Tickets not redeemed or used within these timeframes will be voided, and no extensions or reissues will be granted. Passengers who, for any reason, fail to present themselves at the Eternal East Bus counter within the specified period relinquish their right to the free ride.
    2. Each flight is eligible for one free one-way Eternal East Cross-Border Bus Service ticket. Repeated presentation of the same itinerary’s boarding proof or ticket purchase record—or use of forged or altered documents—will not entitle you to additional or replacement tickets. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to pursue legal liability and take necessary action under Hong Kong law.
    3. Passengers must follow the coordination arrangements between Eternal East Bus and Hong Kong Airlines. Neither party assumes liability if the passenger fails to board.
    4. Tickets are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash, and may not be combined with any other offer or discount.
    5. For ticket redemption and boarding, passengers must present at least one of the following valid Hong Kong Airlines boarding proofs or ticket-purchase records:
    • Electronic boarding pass (screenshot, photo, or printout)
    • Paper boarding pass printed at a check-in counter or self-service kiosk (original only)
    • Itinerary displayed in the Umetrip mobile app

AND a matching valid travel document (name and number must correspond to the proof presented).

Eternal East Bus staff reserve the right, with the passenger’s consent, to verify and photograph these materials as evidence. If a passenger fails to present the required documents or refuses to allow them to be photographed by Eternal East Bus staff, the complimentary ride entitlement will be forfeited.

    1. If the information on the boarding proof or ticket-purchase record does not match the presented travel document, or if the proof materials are lost, damaged, or otherwise unverifiable, the passenger will be deemed to have waived the offer, and no reissue will be provided.
    2. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their travel documents are valid and meet cross-border requirements; any inability to redeem or board due to document issues is at the passenger’s own risk.
    3. Seats are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Before each departure, Eternal East Bus must verify the identity and boarding pass of passengers intending to board. If the coach reaches full capacity, priority boarding shall be given to Hong Kong Airlines passengers. In cases where the number of Hong Kong Airlines passengers exceeds the remaining available seats, Eternal East Bus will board passengers holding valid boarding passes based on the order of successful verification. For those unable to board the cross-border service, Eternal East Bus will assist in arranging the next available service, but reissuance or rescheduling of tickets is not guaranteed.
    4. When the Hong Kong Observatory hoists Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above and/or issues a Red or Black Rainstorm Warning, or when flooding, landslides, or any other causes render cross-border bus operations unsafe or impracticable, Eternal East Bus and Hong Kong Airlines reserve the right to cancel affected services without prior notice. Neither Eternal East Bus nor Hong Kong Airlines shall be liable for any losses or inconvenience resulting from typhoons, traffic accidents, flooding, landslides, or any other causes beyond their control that lead to service delays, cancellations, border closures, or unscheduled stops. In the event of border closures due to typhoons, Eternal East Bus may reroute to alternative crossings or cancel services without further notice, and neither party shall be responsible for any resulting loss or inconvenience.
    5. Hong Kong Airlines shall not be liable for any missed flights or related losses if a passenger is delayed or disrupted due to cross-border transfer service delays, cancellations, accidents, or any other reasons attributable to Eternal East Bus.
  • Compliance Statement

This promotion fully complies with the laws and regulations of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region and the People’s Republic of China. Passengers assume all legal risks and responsibilities related to entry, exit, quarantine, and health controls.

    Personal Data Protection

Personal data collected during ticket redemption (e.g., name, document number, flight information) will be used solely for this promotion and handled in accordance with Hong Kong’s Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. No data will be used for other purposes without the passenger’s consent.

    Fees & Liability

    • Only Eternal East Bus single-journey tickets are provided. Any additional transport costs (e.g., taxi, MTR, local bus) are the passenger’s responsibility.
    • Hong Kong Airlines will assist with technical issues (e.g., computer/internet failures) but assumes no liability for failed redemptions due to such issues.
    • In the event of flight delays or cancellations preventing timely ticket redemption, Hong Kong Airlines and Eternal East Bus will coordinate as practicable, but shall not be held liable if boarding is unattainable.
    • If a passenger voluntarily no-shows, reschedules, or requests a refund, the free ticket eligibility is automatically void, and any redeemed but unused ticket is forfeited without compensation or reissue.

    Relationship with Other Offers

This promotion may not be combined with any other Hong Kong Airlines or Eternal East Bus offers, discounts, bundles, or vouchers. Use of another offer on the same itinerary may disqualify passengers from this free bus ticket promotion.

    Final Interpretation & Dispute Resolution

    • Hong Kong Airlines and Eternal East Bus reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
    • No third party may enforce any of these terms under Hong Kong’s Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance (Cap. 623).
    • In case of any conflict between these terms and other related terms of Hong Kong Airlines or Eternal East Bus, these promotion terms prevail. If there is any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions, the Chinese version shall govern.
    • Hong Kong Airlines reserves final decision-making authority on all disputes arising from this promotion.
