Notice

  1. The outbound and return flights on the same order must be selected in the same cabin class (Economy Class “R” or Business Class “A”).
  2. The redemption rate only applies to the fare and is exclusive of applicable government and airport taxes/ fees/ charges, Passenger Fuel Surcharge and carrier surcharges and is subject to currency fluctuation.
  3. Awarded Tickets redeemed are non-changeable for route, non-refundable, and non-transferable once redeemed. Tickets can change the travel dates within the promotional travel period.
    (i.e. Ticket redeemed between 14 April 2026 at 10:00 to 20 April 2026 at 16:59 can be rescheduled on or after 20 April 2026 at 17:00, while the new travel date must be on or before 10 July 2026. For reference on blackout dates, please refer to the above tables.
  4. Award ticket is subject to aircraft type and seat availability on the selected flight.

Terms and Conditions

  1. While redeeming FWC points at a 50% discounted redemption rate to redeem air tickets for selected origins/destinations (“Awarded Tickets”) by China CITIC Bank International Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard® (“CNCBI Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard”), you shall be deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
  2. The promotion can be used by the CNCBI Hong Kong Airlines Mastercard principal and his/her valid beneficiaries.
  3. Ticket redemption must be completed within the valid redemption period, namely from 14 April 2026 at 10:00 to 20 April 2026 at 16:59 (Hong Kong Time, inclusive of both dates). For tickets redeemed after 20 April 2026 at 17:00 (Hong Kong Time), the redemption rate will be calculated at the original fare.
  4. The Campaign is only applicable for Hong Kong Airlines (HX) economy class and/or business class (if applicable) and one-way and/or round trip (if applicable) air ticket for the designated origins/destinations (Sanya, Taipei, Bangkok, Beijing (Capital/Daxing), Chengdu, Chongqing, Da Nang, Hanoi, Hangzhou, Lijiang, Nanjing, Okinawa, Shanghai (Pudong), Denpasar, Fukuoka, Osaka, Phuket, Sapporo, Seoul, Tokyo (Narita), Sydney, Melbourne).
  5. The above redemption rates are eligible for infant, child and adult. The required points for Infant and Child Award Ticket are the same as Adult and must be redeemed with an adult Awarded Ticket. For infant tickets (aged below 2) which are not occupying seats, please contact Hong Kong Airlines Customer Service Hotline for redemption.

  6. The Awarded Ticket redeemed under the Campaign is applicable for travelling from 14 April to 10 July 2026 for all destinations (except Hanoi and Phuket), 14 April to 5 May 2026 for Hanoi and 14 April to 6 May 2026 for Phuket (Hong Kong time, both dates inclusive). If the travel date exceeds the specified date due to Hong Kong Airlines’ discretion, the redemption criteria for this campaign’s offer will still apply.
  7. Round trip discounted redemption rate is only applicable to the same sub-class (i.e. economy sub-class R or business sub-class A) on both departure and return flights. Otherwise one-way discounted rate shall apply. 
  8. The redemption rate only applies to the fare and is exclusive of applicable government and airport taxes/ fees/ charges, Passenger Fuel Surcharge and carrier surcharges and is subject to currency fluctuation.

  10. The Campaign is applicable to the flights marketed and operated by Hong Kong Airlines (HX) only. Not available for special flights, chartered flights or code-share flights.
  11. The Award ticket is subject to aircraft type and seat availability on the selected flight. Hong Kong Airlines reserves the right to limit the number of award seats available per flight at its sole discretion.
  12. The Campaign cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions offered by Hong Kong Airlines.
  13. The Campaign is subject to FWC points redemption’s Terms and Conditions.
  14. Hong Kong Airlines will not be liable for any matter or loss in relation to any errors or omissions due to technical problems, including but not limited to any computer or internet network issues.
  15. Bookings are not completed or accepted by Hong Kong Airlines until payment has been received and a booking reference has been issued.

  18. FWC points accrual is not applicable in the campaign.
  19. Passengers are advised to check with the latest HKSAR Government outbound/ inbound travel alert or immigration restrictions for both departure/ arrival destinations before planning your trip.
  20. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions shall confer any third-party rights or benefits.
  21. Hong Kong Airlines and China CITIC Bank International Limited reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
  22. In the event of any disputes regarding any of the Terms and Conditions, the decision of Hong Kong Airlines and China CITIC Bank International Limited shall be final.
  23. If there are any inconsistencies or ambiguities between the English and Chinese versions of the Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
  24. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
